MIRACLE Racing #58

BIO
I started racing snowmobile ice ovals at age 4, and continue to do so. In 2007, mid-season, I started racing a Limited Late Model race car at the Dells Raceway Park (DRP) and look forward to continue that in 2010.
2009 was an eventful year for me as I moved into the Pro Champ classes in ice oval sled racing. I was lucky enough to qualify for the front row of the Eagle River World Championship race. Until 2009, I raced in every class available to me as I progressed with age. I have won High Points at the Eagle River World Championships, State Championships and within the race organizations year-end points that I have participated in. I have won awards at season year-end for Driver of the Year, Most Improved Driver, High Octane, Spirit Awards, Hard Charger and rookie of the year. In 2006 my family was awarded "Family of the Year" by the United States Snowmobile Association (USSA). For 2009, I was voted on by my peers as USSA Oval Driver of the Year. This was a surprise and I feel very honored to have received this award. Every weekend in the winter where there is an ice oval sled race I hope be competing.
In mid July 2007, I made my car racing debut on a 1/3 mile asphalt track driving an 8 cylinder Limited Late Model. I was able to race 6 times before the season was completed. In my 5th race of 2007, I won the semi-feature in my division. It was exciting to win for the first time in a car! In 2008, I ran a full schedule at DRP and was crowned Rookie of the Year. I was also able to win two features and three heat races. In 2008, I also had an opportunity to drive a Super Late Model car at Slinger Superspeedway at one of the last races of the season which was really awesome. Brad and Julie Dahmer from Bulletproof Motorsports graciously gave me the opportunity to drive for them full time in 2009 and have asked me to return again for the 2010 season. It's an honor to be a part of their great team.
My spare time finds me enjoying bow hunting in the fall and working full-time in the summer on our family owned cranberry marsh where I someday hope to be my families 5th generation grower. I lift weights during the week and do some cardio work-outs as well to enhance my physical condition for racing.
Miracle Racing is my team name. In the winter my parents and I have Rob Carlson and Wes Klatt on our team to help with the sleds. In the summer my Papa and I do the work on my Limited Late Model and all the great guys from Bulletproof Motorsports help make things happen with the Super Late Model. My grandparents are also a huge asset and come with us both winter and summer to help as well.
I love racing and hope I can continue for many years to come. Thanks for visiting my website and if you see me at the races please stop and say "Hello" to myself and/or my family. We love to meet new people.
