Thu, 9 Sep 10 - Wausau State Park Speedway qualified 16th out of 23 SLM cars (ran my LLM), finished 2nd in the heat, finished 16th in the feature (motor started missing so pulled off the track before the race was complete).

Sat, 28 Aug 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 7th out of 26 cars, got wrecked in lap 2 of the heat race when two cars got together and I had no place to go so tagged the wall. Major right front damage so I couldn't finish the night.

Thu, 26 Aug 10 - Wausau State Park Speedway qualified 17th out of 27 SLM cars (ran my LLM), finished 1st in the B Feature, advanced to the feature, 9th place finish.
Sat, 21 Aug 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 5th out 25 cars, finished 6th in the fast dash and 3rd in the feature.
Fri, 20 Aug 10 - Golden Sands Plover qualified 1st out of 19 SLM cars (ran my LLM), finished 4th in the fast dash and 5th in the feature. My FIRST fast time ever!!!!!!
Thu, 12 Aug 10 - Wausau State Park Speedway qualified 11th out of 23 SLM cars (ran my LLM), finished 2nd in the heat, was running 2nd for 45 laps but my hood got pushed up during a caution when I accidently got into the back of the leader making it difficult to see and race safely so I had to pull in.
Sat, 7 Aug 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 3rd out of 23 cars, finished 6th in the fast dash and 8th in the feature.

Sun, 27 Jun 10 - Slinger qualified 14th out of 22 cars. Got in a racing incident on lap 26 so our night was over. Lot of right side damage.

Thu, 24 Jun 10 - Wausau State Park Speedway qualified 16th out of 22 cars, finished 7th in the heat and a disappointing 19th in the feature after we got wrecked with 10 laps remaining.

Sun, 30 May 10 - Slinger qualified 13th out of 27 cars and finished 9th in the feature. Cardell's first top ten finish at Slinger!
Sat, 29 May 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 15th out of 24 cars. Won the heat race, finished 3rd in the semi-feature to advance to the feature where Cardell finished 14th.
Sun, 23 May 10 - Slinger qualified 17th out of 22 cars. Won the semi-feature and finshed 14th in the feature.
Sat, 22 May 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 9th out of 23 cars. Finished 6th in the heat, 3rd in the feature.
Sun, 16 May 10 - Slinger qualified 17th out of 24 cars right in front of the Madhouse Racing guys. Won the semi-feature (1st Slinger win) and finished 15th in the feature.
Sat, 15 May 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 11th out of 26 cars. Finished 6th in the heat, 17th in the feature after the clutch went out with 6 laps to go and Cardell was in 3rd place.
Sun, 9 May 10 - Slinger qualified 16th out of 20 cars. Finished 12th in the feature.
Sat, 8 May 10 - Dells Raceway Park rained out.
Sun, 2 May 10 - Slinger qualified 19th out of 24 cars. About lap 25 Cardell has his right front fender inside a car which came down and spun him out. Went into the pits and came back out to finish 15th in the 120 lap feature.
Sat, 1 May 10 - Dells Raceway Park qualified 6th out of 24 cars. Finished 2nd in the fast dash, 7th in the 75 lap feature.

Thu, 11 Feb 10 - Much better night. Qualified 19th out of 24 cars which initially bummed us out but learned later only a few cars weren't soaking tires which can make quite a difference. Race went well, ended up finishing 11th without a scatch on the car. Race started at 11:55 p.m. and was done about 12:30 a.m. and the amazing part is there were still fans in the stands and it really wasn't that warm out!
Wed, 10 Feb 10 - Another tough night. Lap 6 Cardell came up on a lap car (yes, that's how incredibly slow this car was), Cardell came into the turn ready to pass on the outside, lap car drifts up, another car goes down low to make a pass at the same time, now it's 3 wide and Cardell is in the marbles and up to the wall. Broke a rear trailing arm, a arm, no brakes etc. They did black flag the lap car and found out later he didn't have a spotter in the tower.Tue, 9 Feb 10 - One round of practice in and the rains came. Rained from about 12:45-6:30 p.m. They tried to dry the track and about 9:30 p.m. we finally got a second round of practice. That was scary, the track was still quite wet and Cardell was on sticker tires so it was like skating on ice. They had a driver's meeting and about 10:30 p.m. the track canceled the show. Major fog rolled in shortly after our practice which would have made it almost impossible to be able to spot the whole track with one spotter.
Mon, 8 Feb 10 - Cardell had an awesome night going, was in 9th place going into turn 3 of the final lap when the #90 car decided to drop below the line, drive in deep and take Cardell out. Very frustrating to say the least. Cardell had avoided multiple crashes throughout the feature and was doing very well. Gave Cardell a 17th place finish.
Sat, 6 Feb 10 - Cardell qualified 17th out of 27 cars. Turned his fastest lap so far but still not quick enough. Started 8th row outside (one car got DQ'd) and finished the feature 16th.
Fri, 5 Feb 10 - More practice and just before qualifying the rain came and cancelled the event for the evening.
Thu, 4 Feb 10 - Practice day. It was a little hard for Cardell to get in the car the first couple of times as he was still healing from a sled race incident the Sun before in Wausau. His bruised left lung made for some discomfort in his left hip/pelvic area.
Cardell went to New Smyrna Beach, FL to race a Crate Super Late for Speedweeks with 5K Motorsports.
29 Aug 09 – Canceled due to rain.
22 Aug 09 – Qualified 11th out of 25 cars. Finished in the 8th in the heat and 2nd in the feature.
15 Aug 09 – Qualified 15 out of 24 cars. Finished 3RD in the heat and in the 15TH feature (had to pull off due to a crash).
8 Aug 09 – Qualified 8th out of 24 cars. Finished 1st in the heat and 6th in the feature.
1 Aug 09 – Qualified 13 out of 23 cars. Finished 7th in the heat race and 22nd in the feature (blew the engine header gaskets, in need of repair job!)25 Jul 09 – Qualified 17th out of 23 cars. No heat race due to weather. Finished 10th in the feature.
24 Jul 09 – Raced Golden Sands Speedway for the fourth Big 8 Race. Qualified 22nd out of 27 cars. Finished 5th in the heat race and 22nd in the feature.
8 Jul 09 – Qualified 7th out of 13 cars. Finished 3rd in the heat and 8th in the feature.
1 Jul 09 – Qualified 11th out of 20 cars. Finished 10th in the heat and 11th in the feature.
4 Jul 09 – Qualified 15th out of 30 cars. Finished 9th in the heat and 14th in the feature. Still having problems with the car set-up, we’re not sure what the problem is.
29-30 Jun 09 – Raced Madison International Speedway for practice on Monday. Chased the car all day and just couldn’t get a setup to work. Third Big 8 Race was held on Monday, qualified 35th out of 43 cars. Finished 10th in the last chance race so didn’t advance to the feature.
27 Jun 09 – Qualified 6th out of 20 cars. Finished 8th in the heat and 6th in the feature.
13 Jun 09 – Qualified 15th out of 28 cars. Finished 4th in the heat and 10th in the feature.
6 Jun 09 – Canceled due to rain.
23 May 09 – No Limited Late Model race at Dells Raceway Park.
29 May 09 – Raced at Madison International Speedway. Our night was doomed from the start. Our truck broke down on the way to the track so we got to the track late and only had about 3 laps of practice. Made some changes and qualified 19th out of 27 cars. Heat race finished 4th. Got ready to go out for feature and as we left the pits figured out we had a broken axle. Tried to make the repair but found it was the spool so the whole rear end had to come out. Feature DNS.
23 May 09 – Qualified 7th out of 26 cars. Finished 6th in the heat race and 3rd in the feature.
16 May 09 – Qualified 8th out of 25 cars. Won the heat race and finished 3rd in the feature.
9 May 09 – Canceled due to rain.
2-3 May 09 - Raced Madison International Speedway. Practice on Saturday. Took most of the day to gain some seat time and get the car setup. Second Big 8 Race was held on Sunday, qualified 15th out of 51 cars. Last chance race we needed to be top four, finished 5th so didn’t advance to the feature. Got out on the track for the heat race and our radios didn’t work so we had no communication.
26 Apr 09 – Big 8 Race rained out last Sunday at Rockford was scheduled for today but another rainout. Race will not be rescheduled.
18-19 Apr 09 – Raced Rockford Speedway. Practice on Saturday. Tagged the wall during practice so we have some car repairs to do. The first Big 8 Race of the season was scheduled for Sunday but was canceled due to rain.
2009 SUPER LATE MODEL RESULTS SLINGER SPEEDWAY
13 Sep 09 – Qualified 17th out of 32 cars. Finished 12th place in the feature. Also raced a Sport Mod, qualified 3rd out of 5 cars, finished 3rd in the fast dash and 2nd in the feature.
6 Sep 09 – Qualified 28th out of 33 cars. Finished 11th place in the feature.
30 Aug 09 – Qualified 16th out 22 of cars. Finished 22nd place in the feature (got hit on lap 22 and put in the wall).
23 Aug 09 – Qualified 18th out of 23 cars. Finished 12th place in the feature.
16 Aug 09 – Qualified 19th out of 24 cars. Broke a left front spindle on the warm up laps of the B Feature
9 Aug 09 – Canceled due to rain.
2 Aug 09 – Qualified 10th out of 21 cars. Finished 13th place in the feature.
26 Jul 09 – Qualified 13th out of 18 cars. Finished 11th place in the feature.
21 Jul 09 – Slinger Nationals. Qualified 20th out of 37 cars. Finished 19th place in the feature. Race was 200 laps, completed 133 before engine electrical problems set-in.
19 Jul 09 – Qualified 14th out of 21 cars. Finished 18th place in the feature.
12 Jul 09 – Qualified 13th out of 24 cars. Finished 10th place in the feature.
5 Jul 09 – Qualified 13th out of 21 cars. Finished 14th place in the feature.
28 Jun 09 – Qualified 20th out of 26 cars. Finished 5th place in the B feature.
21 Jun 09 – Qualified 19th out of 25 cars. Managed a 2nd place finish in the B feature so that advanced me to the main feature where I finished 15th.
14 Jun 09 – Qualified 22nd out of 25 cars. Managed a 2nd place finish in the B feature so that advanced me to the main feature where I finished 16th.
7 Jun 09 – Canceled due to rain.
31 May 09 – Car was bad in practice but got better. Qualified 14th out of 18 cars. Finished 15th in the main feature.24 May 09 – Car seemed slow out of the turns. Qualified 26th out of 28 cars. Finished 6th in the B feature. Figured out later a spark plug wire was off so we were on 7 cylinders instead of 8 cylinders.
17 May 09 – Just couldn’t get the car to handle. Qualified 22nd out of 23 cars. Finished 4th in the B feature. Figured out later the springs were on wrong.
10 May 09 – First race of the season in the Super Late. Worked at getting used to the car and track. Qualified 24th out of 26 cars. Finished 5th in the B feature.
